PIEDMONT REGION TOUR
DAY 1
Arrival at Turin, arrival transfer by private sedan car with driver only, check-in at 4-star hotel downtown located.
Time at leisure for relax.
Overnight in Turin.
DAY 2
Breakfast at hotel.
Full day city tour of Turin, with local English speaking guide, including entrance fees to the famous Egyptian Museum.
Overnight in Turin.
DAY 3
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning transfer to Barolo town by private sedan car with driver only.
Visit of Barolo Castle and the Wine Museum, the most famous innovative wine multimedia museum in Italy (both visits can be done alone or with an English speaking guide).
Check-in at 3-star hotel in Barolo.
DAY 4
Breakfast at hotel.
In the morning transfer to Alba, the Truffle Capital, by private sedan car with driver only.
Simulated truffle research, including truffle tasting, lasts approx. 2 hours.
Overnight in Barolo.
DAY 5
Breakfast at hotel.
During this day you can choose two activities among the following:
- the classic Langhe wine tasting with visit to the winery - possibly aimed at a single type of wine (for example Barolo or Barbaresco).
- tastings in historic buildings (for example Castle of Grinzane Cavour, an enchanting place immersed in the vineyards with breathtaking views enriched by a star-studded restaurant inside which also works great for lunch.
- visit to a farm producing goat's cheeses but once upon a time, an exciting journey that will take the customer back in time with the elderly gentleman who will tell the whole story of his family + tastings based on cheeses paired with bread produced in a traditional leavened farmhouse, cooked in a wood-fired oven
In the afternoon, transfer to Alba by private car with driver only.

DAY 6
Breakfast at hotel.
Food and wine tour by private sedan car with driver only, including : Bra with its Church of Santa Chiara, Zizzola and Pollenzo, Barbaresco where you can admire, the Tower, the Castle and the fabulous views, Canelli, a territory completely different from the others…. we are talking about white wines with bubbles but traditional method, a territory historically linked to the cultivation of Moscato, an ancient native vine from which the two famous wines Asti and Moscato d'Asti Docg are born, a story that tells us since 1865 with the first production of sparkling wine and then the famous underground cathedrals, fabulous cellars that wind for 6 km in the subsoil, today Unesco heritage, obviously with attached white wine tasting in a very special context, La Morra, where client can visit the "Giovanni Cogno" pastry workshop (IGP hazelnut, sweet truffle) and then he could have a lunch at one of a myriad of taverns where he could taste the typical Langaroli dishes.

DAY 7
Breakfast at hotel.
Full day excursion by private sedan car with driver only, with local English speaking guide, which includes Serralunga di Crea with its San Sebastiano Church and the Natural Park of Sacro Monte (with its several itineraries).

DAY 8
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning departure onto Stresa by private sedan car with driver only – approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes drive.
Cruise to Borromean Islands : The Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori tour departs every day from 9:00am to 5:30pm (departures are very frequent) and lasts approx. 6 hours.
The ferry is both public and private, depending on client’s need, once at the islands there is the possibility to request a local guide, but it is also possible to visit them independently, together with the Palazzo Borromeo and its gardens.
We could create for the client a private package tour which includes navigation + tour of the three islands with English speaking guide and entrance fee to Palaces and gardens.
Lunch on the fishermen's island is highly recommended (not included).

Departure transfer to Milan MXP Airport (approx. 50 minutes drive) by private car with driver only.
