Veneto extends from the Dolomites to the Adriatic Sea, crossing a wide hilly strip and a plain crossed by rivers, canals and Po delta.
When people think of Veneto the image that comes to mind is that of Venice - Piazza San Marco, the great lagoon, the gondolas on the Grand Canal, the Carnival, the exceptional architecture, the charming 'Calli', the Teatro della Fenice, numerous remains of the power and wealth of the ancient maritime republic that dominated the Mediterranean for 5 centuries.

Yet the Veneto is not only Venice, but also Padua, the ancient erudite city, whose basilica that houses the relics of St. Anthony is visited every year by millions of pilgrims.
Another jewel that attracts tourists is the Palladium built villa, the architect of the 16th century whose buildings are characterized by perfect harmony and exert a special charm for visitors.
